Sparkly Fruit Punch
Makes a big bowl - about 4 litres
The zesty flavour of a real fresh fruit punch - yet so easy!
2 litres apple juice or pear juice
500g oranges, peeled
1 litre sparkling mineral water
2 cups frozen raspberries
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1) Blend oranges with some of the fruit juice.
2) Mix remaining ingredients in a big punchbowl.
3) Serve immediately while the raspberries are still frozen!
