How to Sprout Beans

Hi

Have you ever tried sprouting beans?   It's so easy!

I believe most people could vastly improve their health simply by eating more fresh vegetables.  However I know it takes commitment and determination to keep the refrigerator stocked up.  Sprouting your own beans, seeds or grains is one way to keep a constant supply of fresh, living food.

Sprouts contain high levels of antioxidants, anticarcinogens, minerals, vitamins, nucleic acids, plant antibiotics and plant hormones - a whole of lot of stuff which works together to give us amazing health benefits.

Now we're going to show you how to do it!  Anna and I are happy to present the first of several short demonstration videos we made last year:

If your computer or internet connection isn't fast enough to watch the video, we've written lots of useful tips (underneath the "video box") to answer any questions and help you get started.

Happy sprouting!

P.S.  Sometime soon we'll show you a simple salad recipe using bean sprouts.
