Chilli Kale
1 Tbs olive oil
2 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
600g curly kale, washed well, stems removed, leaves chopped
2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
1 fresh red chilli, seeded and chopped
1 Tbs ground sesame
Sea salt and pepper
1) Heat oil in a
large pan over a medium heat. Sauté
onion for a few minutes until soft.
2) Add the kale
and stir-fry for about 5 minutes
3) Add the lime
juice, chilli, ground sesame. Season
with sea salt and pepper.
