Our recipes go far beyond meat and three veg! Yes, the meat is there, like our tasty vension casserole.  We prefer to purchase wild or organic meats, giving us top quality protein and ecological peace of mind.

Eating quality protein, including seafood and eggs, is one of the pivotal changes I made to heal my fertility. My body simply needed more protein. Some people need less... you will know who you are, if you need a steak which covers half your plate! We feel great with a moderate amount of protein per meal, plus a little carbohydrate (like wholegrains), and lots of non-starchy vegetables.

We have raw food main meals, cooked food dishes, amazing new takes on sushi making (no rice!), and our recipes are naturally dairy free and wheat free.
