Our dessert recipes are dairy free and wheat free, but does this make them boring? Not at all! You will be bewitched by the sublime flavours and textures of our healthy chocolate and dessert recipes. Some of them are all raw, others are baked delights. We even have a gluten free christmas pudding recipe!

Like any special food, over indulging in sweet foods will not benefit your health. When we ate all raw food, we tended to munch out on dried fruit concoctions, believing them to be healthy. I believe this exacerbated the tendancy towards hypoglycaemia. Concentrated sugars in any form can cause blood sugar imbalances and increase cravings. Since finding a healthy balance in my diet, and reducing sugar intake (in all forms), my cravings for sweets have gone down and I feel great.

Make them for special occasions and enjoy completely. Send guilt on a permanent holiday and taste the difference of our gorgeous healthy sweets.
